Our Policy

We pride ourselves in using only the finest quality products in our salon. We feature top shelf shampoos by Pet Head and EZ Groom. We also understand each individual pet may require a particular shampoo, and we're happy to use product that you, the owner, provide.

It is our policy to hand dry the pets we groom. In accordance with our efforts to maintain a calm and quiet environment for the animals entrusted to us, our cage dryers are used on a minimal basis for finish drying, or in the occasional case when a pet is unable to be dried by hand with forced air, due to the stress from the noise. Cage dryers are not equipped with a heating element and kennels have an open air gated front to allow proper ventilation for the pet. Fans and air conditioning are also utilized to ensure a comfortable temperature for both pet and groomer.

* Included brush time is approximately 10-15 minutes. Extended brush out as a result of heavy undercoat or matted/tangled coat may incur an extra brushing/de-matting fee.

Note: Anal glands are expressed upon request from owner at no additional charge. Glands are expressed externally. For internal expression of the glands, we recommend you contact your veterinarian.
